The Factoring Journal Entrepreneurship Scholarship is for college students with a strong entrepreneurial drive
We know firsthand the hard work that goes into starting and running a small business. To grow it into something sustainable truly is a spectacular feat. That’s why we’re proud to offer a bi-annual $1,000 scholarship to current college students that have the drive to become the business leaders of tomorrow.
To be eligible:
- You must currently be enrolled in a Community College, University, or Graduate Program as of January 31, 2017.
- You must not be immediately related to any FactoringJournal.com staff or business partners.
- International students are welcome to apply.
- We reserve the right to verify your enrollment status and dates.
How to apply:
To apply for The Factoring Journal Entrepreneurship Scholarship, you must submit an original business plan outlining a venture that you are currently involved in or plan to pursue. Your business idea may be in any industry and can be based on any model. Some information you may choose to include:
- Business detail
- Market overview
- Competitive analysis
- Cash flow projections
Please limit submissions to a maximum of ten (10) pages. You may include relevant images, graphs, charts, or other media as you see fit.
Submissions for the Spring 2017 scholarship should be sent to scholarships[at]factoringjournal.com no later than April 15, 2017. Recipients will be notified by April 20, 2017 via email.
